Everything You Need to Know

There is no upper age limit — that is precisely why this package is popular among senior citizens. For children, the minimum age is 2 years (infants below 2 years are not permitted on helicopters per DGCA guidelines). Elderly pilgrims or those with medical conditions are requested to share a medical certificate during booking so we can make appropriate care arrangements.
Himalayan weather can be unpredictable, and flight safety is always our top priority. If flights are suspended due to weather, we provide complimentary hotel accommodation for up to 2 additional nights while we wait for safe flying conditions. If weather persists beyond this, a partial refund for missed Dhams will be processed. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance (available through us).
We offer flexible cancellation: 100% refund for cancellations 30+ days before departure; 50% refund for 15–29 days; 25% refund for 7–14 days; no refund for cancellations within 7 days of departure. In case of flight cancellation due to weather on our end, a full refund or complimentary rebooking is offered. All refund requests are processed within 7–10 working days.
Due to helicopter weight restrictions, each passenger is permitted a maximum of 5 kg of cabin baggage on helicopter flights. Additional luggage can be stored safely at our Dehradun or Guptkashi base hotels at no extra charge. We recommend packing light — warm layers, comfortable footwear, personal medication & prayer essentials. A detailed packing checklist is shared upon booking confirmation.
The Char Dham temples are open from May (Akshaya Tritiya) to November (Diwali). The ideal season for helicopter yatra is May–June and September–October. Monsoon months (July–August) carry higher weather uncertainty for helicopter operations, though the landscapes are uniquely lush. Avoid peak monsoon if weather predictability is important to you.

(3) A 30% advance payment secures your seats. (4) Balance payment is due 15 days before departure. You'll receive a detailed travel kit, itinerary, and packing list post-confirmation. The helicopter package is specifically designed to minimize physical exertion, making it suitable for pilgrims with cardiac conditions, knee issues, diabetes & respiratory concerns.
